Nestled in the serene rural heart of Asturias, this charming hotel strikes a careful balance between comfort and value. The queen room we stayed in was remarkably clean, boasting an inviting atmosphere that even outshined some so-called 5-star accommodations I've experienced in my culinary travels. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast that featured well-prepared scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and a selection of local ham and cheese, offering a genuine taste of Spanish cuisine. While having a rental car is essential to explore the gorgeous nearby villages and beaches, the peace it provided for relaxation was invaluable, especially after long hikes in the region. The attentive hosts, Marcel and his mother, were the icing on the cake, providing helpful tips about the area. For those seeking a modern escape while being mindful of expenses, this hotel is an excellent choice. The combination of excellent housekeeping, a well-kept garden area, and attentive service truly makes this an experience worth revisiting. A hidden treasure worth every euro spent!
